Building AI agents, products, and data systems that ship.

I design and ship agentic workflows, LLM-powered apps, and serious data pipelines. Some of my deepest work is in research settings at GW; the same stack shows up in products, eval harnesses, and OSS.

Selected impact

U.S. DOE award ($30,000) Technology Change Lab research award for data and EV-market analytics work.
GW graduate fellowship ($6,500) Fellowship through the Center for Global Mental Health Equity, GW School of Medicine, while completing my M.S.
VehicleTrends.us + open source R&D Open dashboards with GW R&D and DOE, plus public OSS I still maintain or iterate on.
EQUIP × OpenAI × WHO-UNICEF (multimodal AI evaluation) Led engineering on a multimodal scoring stack: Whisper transcription, GPT-4o evidence extraction, deterministic Python rubrics (bias and nonverbal cues addressed from v1). Seventeen-video pilot with partner stakeholders.

About

Who I am, in a nutshell.

I work at the intersection of AI engineering and data science: agents and retrieval systems, evaluation and modeling, and the product discipline to get ideas into something people can run. I’m at GW’s Center for Global Mental Health Equity (School of Medicine), with earlier roles as a grad RA in engineering and a stint on DOE-linked analytics — so I’m used to both research-grade rigor and shipping pressure.

Publicly you’ll see LLM safety tooling, RAG stacks, planning/education products, benchmarking in ARES, and plenty of glue code. Domains shift; the through-line is reliable AI systems and honest data work.

AI Engineer

Descriptive

Remote

Shipped RAG and LLM features end to end: retrieval, prompting, and the boring integration work so it worked in the actual product.

Internship Jul 2023 to Dec 2023

Data Scientist

NotHuman.AI

Remote

NLP and chatbot-style projects: experiments, model tweaks, and helping get something usable out the door.

Apprenticeship Aug 2023 to Oct 2023

Applied Data Engineer

Trigan

Remote

Data engineering and analytics with pretty standard modern tooling, wired into how the product team actually worked.

Internship Jun 2023 to Jul 2023

Data Engineer Intern

Marshal Company

Remote

ETL and analytics pipelines so downstream models had cleaner, faster inputs.

Internship Jan 2023 to May 2023

Data Analyst Intern

Wobblrr

Remote

Small data + UI pieces so the team could iterate on analytics features without waiting on a big rewrite.

Internship Nov 2021 to Jan 2022

Web Developer Intern

Skills

What I reach for when I’m building something real, not a slide deck.

Agents & LLMs

Agentic workflows, tool use, RAG, prompt/eval loops, benchmarking (e.g. ARES), and shipping LLM features without mystery behavior in prod.

Data science

Modeling, measurement, experimentation, classical ML, and the storytelling that turns results into decisions.

Backend

Python, FastAPI, Django, pipelines, SQL, APIs, async when it earns its keep.

Frontend

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Vite, UX when an AI is in the loop.

Cloud & ops

AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, monitoring so deploys aren’t scary.

Education

Formal training that backs up the messy self-taught parts.

M.S. Data Analytics, The George Washington University

Aug 2024 to May 2026

B.S. Computer Science, JNTUH

Nov 2020 to Jun 2024
